After ten minutes of hot dog eating, two shorter than in previous years, Chestnut and Kobayashi were tied at 59 frankfurters. The site will allow spreadsheets to be shared between up to 10 users, which is aimed to be useful to teams and small businesses. “Many people already organise information into spreadsheets. As a consequence PayPal will move their headquarters to Luxembourg. Since 2004 PayPal had the status of an Electronic Money Issuer supervised by the U.K. Financial Services Authority.
