  • First get MS Outlook and Acrobat Adobe install in your machine, if you already do not have them
  • Now open MS Outlook

  • You can see the Menu bar in the top
  • Check for the Acrobat button on Menu bar, click on that
  • Now you can see 2 options:
  • Save As PDF: to save the emails attachments as PDF Save as Secured PDF: to save the attachments as restricted PDF

  • Once you have chosen the option, again 4 options appear before you, from which these are of your use:
  • Selected Messages: to export only selective emails Selected Folder: to bulk export Outlook Emails to PDF

  • Now choose the location to save the files or by default they get saved in desktop
  • Choose the files or folder and click on OK

Users who are looking to convert Outlook 2016 Email to PDF, can also try this option, go to File >> Save As >> Choose File Type (PDF)

For those users who do not have MS Outlook install or find the above method not useful because you want the attachments in the original format, then you can use the following method to convert Outlook PDF:
