Much of the city flooded through the openings. One of these was the flood wall forming one side of the 17th Street Canal, near Lake Pontchartrain. He was 77. Born in 1939 in Tel Aviv, Neeman, alongside future President Chaim Herzog, founded law firm Herzog, Fox and Neeman in 1972. Friday, March 27, 2009 A 14-year-old American girl, living in New Jersey, is facing possible child pornography charges after posting nude photos of herself online. The teen, who was not identified by media reports due to her age, was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography for posting 30 nude photos of herself on MySpace. If convicted, she may have to register as a sex offender. The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office investigated the teen for about a month before filing the charge.
